Smore Cupcakes :D

Hey,

To qoute teengranny "blows dust of blog and tries to bring it back to life". I have been so busy these last few weeks what with starting highschool and everyhting that I completely forgot about blogging! The funny thing is I got the most veiws I've EVER HAD in that time space so I don't entirely regret it...

But on to todays post,

My friend Lucy told me about these genius inventions called smore cupcakes...

You need 

A chocolate cupcake recipe
Cupcake trays
Cool cupcake holders
Biscuits (or graham crackers depends on what you can get your hands on)
As many marshmallows as you are going to make cupcakes (eg. 12 cupcakes 12 marshmallows)
Butter icing

Instructions

1. Make the cupcake batter and line the cupcake trays with holders.

2. Half fill each holder and push a marshmallow into the middle of each. (I had to cut up my marshmallows because to my dismay there were only two left :P)

3. Use the rest of the batter to cover the marshmallows.

4. While your cupcakes are baking make the butter icing.

5. when your done with the icing crush about four biscuits with the end of a cup or mug untill they are crumbs.

6. Ice the cupcakes

7. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the top of the cupcakes

8. ENJOY

They are so simple and taste delicious! Dare I say it, almost better than actual smores!
